Grind fresh just before brewing. Pour-over or V60: medium-fine grind, water at 93–95°C, brew time 3–4 minutes. Cafetière: medium-coarse grind, steep for 4 minutes. Espresso: fine grind at 93°C for a bright, sweet shot. Best enjoyed black to fully appreciate the origin character.
