Grown at altitudes of approximately 900-1,100 metres above sea level (MASL), these carefully cultivated beans benefit from ideal growing conditions that develop a balanced sweetness, silky body and rich flavour complexity.

The coffee is produced using the Natural Process, where coffee cherries are dried with the fruit intact before milling. This traditional method allows the beans to absorb the fruit's natural sugars, creating a sweeter, fuller-bodied coffee with pronounced fruit and chocolate characteristics.
